Art Club (Grades K-3)
Heidi Blackburn, Kay Orr
After your school day is done, come discover the artist in you with teachers Ms. Blackburn and Ms. Orr in the Art room! We will explore and create with a variety of materials and styles! 

Chess Club
(Grades K-5) Please note:  This class has reached capacity and is closed to registration.
Upper School Math teacher, Warren Erath will train young strategists in this ancient game. While Chess is a highly enjoyable game, it is also a premier tool for teaching strategic thinking, foreseeing consequences, weighing options and making decisions. Furthermore, the game teaches higher level thinking skills such as the ability to visualize, analyze, and think critically.

Minecraft Club (Grades 3-5)
Melissa Martin
Minecraft is a game where kids can make their own unique world from the game's three-dimensional building blocks while encouraging collaboration and creativity.  Lower School Science teacher, Melissa Martin, will guide the play and creation of virtual worlds. Beginners welcome.

Soccer - Ball Skills (Grades 3-8) Please note - This class has been canceled due to low enrollment.
Bill Flinn
Work on your skills in the off-season with Coach Flinn. Improve your technical skills while exploring the school! We'll be working on dribbling, passing, trapping and overall ball control during our sessions. If weather allows, we'll be outside, otherwise, we'll be exploring the school as we improve on your ball skills. During our sessions, you'll learn new skills and drills that you can use at home to make you a better player. 
Archery (Grades 4-5)
John Beasley, Urban Archers
Archery is a sport that is growing in popularity across the country. Because of the strict shooting procedures, archery is one of the safest sports.  It is great for children because they learn concentration and reflection. Students will learn basic archery techniques and safety rules.  John Beasley, Middle School English teacher, is a certified NASP and USA Archery Instructor.
Students will walk to the Archery studio with Mr. Beasley.  Pick-up for this class is at Urban Archers, 1235 Bardstown Road (phone 502.767.8803).
